3-year guarantee
Claiming the warranty
subtel.at offers a three-year warranty on all products, in accordance with the following terms and conditions, without affecting the statutory rights of the consumer. As a consumer, you may choose to claim under these warranty provisions or exercise your legal rights. The warranty is valid for three years from the date of delivery of the goods.
If you wish to claim under the warranty, you must first return the product to us. You are responsible for the initial shipping costs for returning the item. If, after our inspection, it is confirmed that the warranty applies, we will reimburse you for the shipping costs—based on the cheapest shipping option available—via bank transfer. Please provide a SWIFT and an IBAN code for the reimbursement.
Where to return your goods
Please send the item to:
subtel GmbH
Plauener Str. 163-165
Haus E
13053 Berlin
Deutschland
Be sure to clearly indicate that you are exercising your warranty rights. Include a copy of the receipt with your return. We cannot process your warranty claim without a copy of the receipt, as it is needed to verify the warranty start date.
Warranty exclusions
The warranty covers the product features as listed in the item descriptions. Regular wear and tear, damage from improper use, or issues outside of our control are excluded from the warranty. The three-year warranty does not apply if defects arise from incorrect or improper use, inadequate care, or handling without due care. We also exclude from the warranty any defects or damages caused by non-compliance with the instructions.
Replacement products
If you receive a replacement product, the duration of the warranty does not extend by an additional three years. Instead, the remaining warranty period applies to the replacement product, which will continue to be fully covered under the warranty for any defects.
Substitute products
If the specific product is no longer available, we reserve the right to replace it with a similar product.
Liability
Our liability under product liability law remains unaffected.
